A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is an agreement that guarantees the confidentiality of certain information. As such, a Non-Disclosure Agreement binds the person who has signed it and prevents him or her from discussing any information included in the agreement with any unauthorized party. Confidentiality agreements are commonly used to protect trade secrets, customer information and other sensitive or valuable information.
